PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All products are made to order so processing time, is approximately 2-10 business days (not including weekends), if you have purchased a wholesale order processing time varies from 7-21 business days depending on quantity. In the event that you have 2 separate orders, we will honor the processing times of the most recent order. All packages are shipped via USPS, and the delivery time is 1-3 business days. Juicy Demeanor is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped and scanned with USPS. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
ORDER INQUIRIES
If you have an existing order, and have any questions or concerns please email our customer service team at (juicydemeanorinfo@gmail.com). Messages regarding order status are not accepted via direct message. When reaching out please include your name and order number. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Customer service hours are 8am-5pm EST.
REFUNDS
Currently we do no offer returns for our handmade products. In the case that your order is missing an item or an item is not functioning properly, you will need to contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery to replace those items. .
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at juicydemeanorinfo@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at juicydemeanorinfo@gmail.com.
PRODUCTS
All products are gluten free, cruelty free and vegan and all ingredients in each product are listed. When purchasing from this website you are agreeing to the acknowledgement of what is in a product. Therefore if you are purchasing a product, due to the clarity of ingredients we can not be held accountable if there is an allergy or reaction to our product.
